Actually I'm not canadian, I just live in Canada.

Here's the thing:
Alberta makes lots of money from oil and ranching and working hard in general. Alberta pays the most taxes to the federal government. Quebec does shit. Quebec gets teh largest percent of the federal budget to make up for themselves doing shit.

This is also part of the reason Albertans are annoyed at Ontarions.
