How did you learn about Smash?

To try and keep some of the topics more smash related here; How did you figure out about Smash?

Was the N64 Version the first one you played? When did you start becoming good at Smash? Tell us the details.

I First learned about it when i was like 5 or 6 on the N64 Version at a friends house, Afterwards a couple of years later i got a gamecube and melee + The N64 Version and everything then i started to play it more over the years.

I was also only around 5 or 6, but i rented it at family video not long after getting my nintendo 64 (me and my brother got it for christmas, but only had pokemon stadium)

anyway, i got it and fell in love with...

I just got good like, 2 years ago, lmao

I saw an article about it in some gaming magazine.

I only got it cuz my cousin did. I was about 7 at the time.

olol fil has only been playing for like a year, probably less.

btw, at my (old >_>) day care, the ladie's sons would always play it and I would pwn dem. Then I got it.

Now I am a nerd that sits at my computer all day while playing HRC and recording videos.

I just saw it(N64 Smash) in a store and it looked cool.

SSB and Glover were the two games I got with my N64, though I don't remember when that was. Back then, I just spammed attacks that worked against my friends and siblings, but I was decent at Break the Targets and Single-Player Mode.

My family was "pro Sony" and whatnot when I was a kid. So I played all the nintendo stuff at my friends houses. I didn't get melee until this last Easter (2007) so I would say that I'm pretty good for only having played it for *counts* 9 months.
