Metroid Prime 3:corruption on hyper mode kthnxbi lol(I hope that fits your need on difficulty)

Zack and Wiki (Point and click adventure) - The puzzles are hard and it's a very good Wii game.

Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition - RE4 is even better with Wii controls but it does make it easier and no laser sight. Though Professional is still very
hard. Either way RE4 is one of the best Wii games so far.

Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn - My personal favorite Wii game definitely worth at least a rental.

Sam and Max Season one (Point and click adventure) - Coming to the Wii soon and the PC game is great worth the money for sure.

Metroid Prime 3 Corruption - It's good I didn't enjoy it as much as the last two Primes (MPH doesn't count) but it's still fun.

Super Mario Galaxy - IMO very very overrated but it's still good

Trauma Center: New Blood - Not everyone will like it but it's worth a rent to see if you do

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess - Not as good as the last few LOZ games but it does have it's moments.

If I think of more I'll edit them in or post another list.

Yeah, I've got them all. Had a heck of a time finding Zack and Wiki and Trauma Center: New Blood, were worth the search though.

I’m so glad someone suggested Zack and Wiki. It’s an amazing underrated game and now I see why it’s doing so badly in sales. Get the game now, especially when it’s only worth 40$.
